A proud Okie, I grew up on the wide-open plains of Western Oklahoma, where you can see for miles and the sunsets are some of the most breathtaking you’ll ever experience. It was there—riding in the front seat of my dad’s feed truck—that my passion for the agriculture industry first took root.
Today, that passion is stronger than ever. For nearly a decade, I’ve worked as a livestock photographer, traveling across the country to capture unforgettable moments for exhibitors and their families. One of my greatest joys is getting to know the extraordinary people who make up the western and livestock industries, and I’m truly honored to help tell their stories through my work.

It ain’t dying I’m talking about, it’s living. I doubt it matters where you die,
but it matters where you live.”
- Augustus McCrae
Growing up, Augustus McCrae and Woodrow Call were household names. I remember my family gathered around the television watching my dad’s all-time favorite film, drawn in by two men defined by loyalty, grit, and an unwavering commitment to the way they chose to live.
One line from those quiet moments overlooking the herd stayed with me: “It ain’t dying I’m talking about, it’s living.” Simple, honest, and full of truth—it planted a belief that life is meant to be lived with intention and purpose.
Years later, that same belief resurfaced while reading Greenlights by Matthew McConaughey, reframed as LIVIN—a word turned into action. Dropping the “G” made it active, ongoing, and intentional. Something you choose every day.
Today, LIVIN is more than a word—it’s the foundation of my work and my approach to life. It represents growth, forward momentum, and honoring where you come from while continuing to push toward what’s next. It’s about showing up fully, never settling, and having the courage to keep moving.
That philosophy guides everything I create. From behind the camera to the stories I help tell, my work is rooted in authenticity, respect for the western and livestock industries, and a commitment to capturing moments that matter. LIVIN is the mindset I bring to every project—intentional, driven, and always moving forward.
